Salad pain
Hi All, I eat salads regularly but I have recently switched from Fresh Express Garden mix to organic baby spinach. I like the baby spinach but I have been experiencing side pains and bloating geesh. Feels like I have so much air in my tummy I can float away. Has anyone else experienced this and what help you?
