Hell-Bent
Has anyone read this book by Benjamin Lorr? I just got it from the library today and am really looking forward to it. The author has been a competitor at the Asana Championships and he writes about his experience with Bikram. I think it will be nice to read something that doesn't think of Bikram as a cult!

How do you log Bikram into your exercise diary?
How many calories do you put in as having burned in a class. I was discussing this with my studio owner and he said if you're doing all of the poses to the best of your ability you can burn 900 calories.
