Too much fibre

So last week I changed around my eating plan in terms of how much nutrients I want to get. I'm very happy with it except for one thing - I'm getting a lot more fibre and feeling the effects of it!
I don't really want to remove any of the foods that are contributing to it because these are the same foods that are helping me meet my protein and iron levels and, as a vegetarian, they are pretty important foods and fit well in my diet.
My question is - will my body become accustomed to the extra fibre and the side effects go away, or do I need to make an effort to eat less fibre?

Give your body about a week or so. It's going to know what to do with the extra fiber and you won't feel the ill effects0
