Protein Shakes
I tried a Hungry Girl recipe last night for a Protein Shake I found online and it was good. My only complaint was the ice took away from it. What can I use to thicken it and not make it horrible for me? I would love some suggestions from some more seasoned MFP people. Thank You!

NSV-A size smaller pants!
Since I have been so busy with exercising and eating right I have been slacking on laundry. :yawn: SO I rummaged through my dresser and into the stack of jeans that were much to small. I grabbed a pair, one size smaller, and they fit!!!!! :happy:

Different sources give me different calorie needs? Why?
I have been doing research and I am perplexed as to why MFP gives me 1770 calories per day to reach my goal and another source tells me 1976 calories per day. I want to do this slow and steady so I can make lifestyle changes, not just drop and put it all back on later. Advice please? :sad:

Fairly new
I am fairly new to MFP. I have been using the app on my phone and have managed to lose 10 pounds in the last 8 weeks. I'm a little cautious about interacting with new people. But I think I need to broaden my horizons and try something new. Any advice you can offer would be great.
