I just figured out that the days i don't exercise, I want to eat and eat and eeeeeat!.. It might have a bit to do with the freezing weather too, but if i don't at least go for a walk, i get hungrier at night. When i do 'feel the burn' i eat what i am allowed to, and feel quite happy and satisfied.. Anyone else find that?…
to have a bad day or two where you dont have all your calories, for whatever reasons? I mean how long does it take to go into 'starvation mode'? Should i eat back the calories i didnt have on those days? or just forget about them and continue on my path? Thanks :)
