I just figured out that the days i don't exercise, I want to eat and eat and eeeeeat!..
It might have a bit to do with the freezing weather too, but if i don't at least go for a walk, i get hungrier at night.
When i do 'feel the burn' i eat what i am allowed to, and feel quite happy and satisfied..
Anyone else find that? or am i just making excuses for going a bit over today

Do you eat your exercise calories back? If so, you might not be as hungry on days you exercise because you are eating more.0

I do eat most back...
Duh, makes total sense huh
I should go work some brain muscles, instead of legs after this!
Ill blame the slow thinking on the weather0 -
I think its because I am bored! I also think because the body is not doing anything its asking for anything for it to do! I know sounds stupid right! But if I am slightly hungry and workout the feeling goes away for a bit!0
