5:2 troubles...
Hey, So I'm a 5'3 female and I have around 7-10lbs to lose. I've been attempting the 5:2 diet...however, I'm having real trouble sticking to 500 calories on fast days, averaging around 600-700 calories. If I kept my cals to 1200-1400 on 'feed' days and 600-700 on fast days, would this still be ok? Please no mean comments,…
