I am starting day 3 of the dvd. And i want to know if anyone got any results from the 6 week program. . How many inches off your chest, waist, and hips? How much weight did u lose in the 6 weeks? Did u start losing weight on the 1st week , or did u gain because of muscle gain? ..and did u do any other workouts? ...sorry…
