Hello everyone! I am having surgery August 22 and I am trying to figure out ways that I won't gain the back the weight I have lost so far. I will be down for 4-6 weeks and I am so afraid I will gain. When I had my hysterectomy 6 yrs ago I gained 25lbs. Any tips, ideas would be appreciated. Monica
