20 lbs. down in 5 weeks!
I have been doing the Atkins Diet for 5 weeks now, and I have lost 20 lbs. so far. I run everyday for about 20 mins. and that's pretty much my work out. I am 5'7 and started out at 208 (just had a baby 4 months ago) and right now I am at 189. I weigh in every 2 weeks and measure myself.
