20 lbs. down in 5 weeks!

I have been doing the Atkins Diet for 5 weeks now, and I have lost 20 lbs. so far. I run everyday for about 20 mins. and that's pretty much my work out. I am 5'7 and started out at 208 (just had a baby 4 months ago) and right now I am at 189. I weigh in every 2 weeks and measure myself.

That's awesome! I'm just starting week 2 myself and am down over 8. I've known for years a low carb approach is what my body responds to best but have always fought against doing it because I love carbs
It came down to health or carbs, so....... health wins!

Ive never done the Atkins Diet before, but I am glad I tried it...most people don't realize that its a life style change....you cant just only do it for a few months.0
