Is it ok to exercise 7 days a week or does our body need a break? I have walked our done Zumba the past 6 days in a row, and was going to take today off, but I find myself wanting to get out there and do some exercise!
Does this sounds right that 12 grilled nuggets would have 50 grams of protein? That seems pretty high and put me way over my protein count for the day by around 21 grams.
