I am eating 90% Paleo and love it! Seeing a big difference in my energy level.

My husband and I have been talking about that as we've been working out everyday with kettle bells. Some days we feel the soreness, and some days we don't. I do think for me it depends on the amount of stretching I do and my water consumption. When I am drinking plenty of water, it really helps with the soreness. Good luck!

I've lost 50 since January. Still have about 25 to go. I think the key is this is a lifestyle change and not a diet. Because of that slow and steady WILL win the race. I eat 1200-1500 calories per day (depends on the amount of exercise for the day). I drink a gallon of water a day and don't waste calories on drinks.…

Keep up the good work my friend!! Detoxing from sugar is so satisfying in the end. I've made Quinoa a few times and its been hit or miss. I made it mac n cheese style and suprisingly nobody liked it. I assume we can't eat Wheat Bulgar :)

I started MFP the beginning of January. I started going to Zumba in February and have lost a total of 30 pounds so far this year. I go to Zumba 4 days a week and walk 2 days a week. "Trust the process" Whenever I start second guessing or wishing things would come off faster or get impatient, that is what I tell myself. I must say it 100 times a day because the process works and I just need to have patience and trust that. Trust the process.

I put on capris on today that were tight last summer and lose today. (I'm 50 days and 12 lbs into MFP)

I have learned that if I allow myself sugar, then I keep wanting sugar. Therefore I am trying to just not have any desserts at all. I do allow myself a little nutella on the weekend as a treat. When I don't eat sugary foods I don't crave them.
