Frustrated and confused... still.

Skinny Cows and stomach aches... eek!
I had a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich last night and it tasted great and was so glad I found something sweet and not horrible for me to have at the end of the day... but today I have the serious runs (sorry, TMI), gas and indigestion! Has anybody had this reaction to them before? Is it the sugar alcohol or whatever?

Frustrated by the scale.
I haven't seen 127.8 on the scale since the last time I weighed in weeks ago. Now every time I weigh myself it's in the 130s! I don't understand. I work out five or six times a week and eat 1300 calories a day (or more if I exercise). I drink water all day long and can't consume gluten, which has cut down on my grazing in…

Hi all, I recently discovered I have Celiacs disease meaning I can't have gluten.
