I've been using mfp for awhile now and ran into the problem of losing too much weight.. I have no idea how much I should work out or what I should be doing or even how much I should be eating. I want to gain back some weight in a healthy way but how do I go about doing that without packing on fat?
I'm kind of confused when it comes to the whole counting sugar thing. I love fruit and it's hard to get any in at all if I'm counting the sugar content and do not want to go over. I'm lucky if I get in an apple and half a kind bar. :/ What do you all do concerning sugar intake?
