How do I put on healthy weight?

I've been using mfp for awhile now and ran into the problem of losing too much weight.. I have no idea how much I should work out or what I should be doing or even how much I should be eating. I want to gain back some weight in a healthy way but how do I go about doing that without packing on fat?

    Change your goals to gain a 1lb and it will up the calories..... and still eat healthy foods.....just more healthy lean protein and "good fats" a little more carbs and never stop working out... its just about how much your body is taking in.
