How do you deal with the loose skin?
For people who have had major weight loss and have loose skin...what do you do about it? Does it ever shrink back? Does it demotivate you to keep going? Will we ever have that dream body? Is surgery the only way to get rid of it?

Upping your calorie goals and feeling guilty...
I changed my weightloss goals from 2 lbs. a week to 1 lb. a week. I did this because I have been ravenous and not able to keep within in the 1450 calorie goal I have been given unless I burn at least 300-400 calories everyday. Why is it that after losing almost 100 pounds I still have to be a fat girl :( I want to look good in bathing suits and shorts already. Anyone else tired of working so hard and never feeling like you will truly reach your goals and be fit?
