Thought id pop in and say hi. 43 YO from South UK Wanting to, (as we all do) feel better, lighter and fitter. Joined the Gym, keep an eye on food intake and do what i can to stay healthy. Come say hello if you like, i don't bite :-)

Prob been asked 100000 times
Hiya all, now this has got to have been asked 10000000 already. I have lost nearly 6 stone in total in 14 months. My diet is healthy and I've cut 99% alcohol input. I can drink 3 litres of water a day, easily and most days do. My gym routines are varied, inc a PT to push me too. My arms, shoulders and legs are the best…
