Prob been asked 100000 times

Hiya all, now this has got to have been asked 10000000 already.

I have lost nearly 6 stone in total in 14 months. My diet is healthy and I've cut 99% alcohol input.
I can drink 3 litres of water a day, easily and most days do.

My gym routines are varied, inc a PT to push me too. My arms, shoulders and legs are the best they have looked for 20 years

BUT this sodding belly fat is doing my head it!! I still feel I've a big gut.

I cardio cardio cardio, inc martial arts training 2 x weekly when i can.

I read magazines and try the "new fat burning veg and fruit"

But still not working.

Starting to get a little paranoid it will never go !!!

Pointers please........

    Give it time. You can't really spot lose fat, it will go as your total body fat percentage drops. Hang tough and keep after it.

    Are you still losing weight? If you are, just stick with it, it will eventually go.
    Dont mean to dishearten you, but it will more than likely be the last place it will come off.
    I have been there many times, never give up, and it will come.

    Well, I had to Google and do some math, but 6 stones is 84 pounds. If you've lost that much weight, maybe it's not fat? Could it be loose skin?
