Lunch Ideas
Lunch is the hardest meal for me, it's where I tend to fall off the healthy wagon. This is the meal I prefer to eat most of my protein so I can last till dinner (with a snack of usually fruit in between). Salads are great but I tend to feel hungry after only an hour or two. Any ideas on high protein healthy lunches?

How often should a person recalculate their TDEE? After every 5lbs lost or 10lb lost or sooner?
