I'm a creature of habit and tend to eat the same things for breakfast and lunch. I generally make 3-4 different meals for dinner in a two week span which leaves lots of leftovers that I then rotate. I don't tend to get bored of eating the same thing and if that happens it's usually six months after eating the same thing…

The weight on my license is a lie. Sure I was there when I got my license ten years ago but not anymore. I'm hoping to get back down to that weight though.

First place I lose weight. It sucks.

I've had the same thing happen to me and it really takes a stab at your self esteem. As much as the comment might have stung I'm trying real hard to not look that way anymore. It gave me more motivation and I know that hard work and determination we can all reach our goals, however lofty they may seem in the present.

I've been using Bob Harper's workout DVDs and I like them better than Jillian. His workouts are longer which is what I need to see any kind of results. Best of luck!

I try to do everything in moderation too but that doesn't mean I don't want more sweets! Especially chocolate!
