Recalculating TDEE?

How often should a person recalculate their TDEE? After every 5lbs lost or 10lb lost or sooner?

    I do mine every 5 Lbs...if you have a lot to lose, every 10 Lbs is probably good...the closer you get to goal and less you have to lose, the bigger difference it makes because you have less wiggle room for error.
