I like having short term goals. They help keep me focused. I want to be down another 10 Pounds by June 1st. How about you?
Its been a month. It's tough to get motivated in the gloomy winter months. I love to exercise OUTSIDE but not when it's 10 degrees. So how are your 2014 fitness goal going so far? -Billy
