Pre-workout meal?
So I usually go to the gym in the morning and because I don't want to feel too heavy I usally either go without breakfast or I have a Belvita biscuit and then have a 'proper' breakfast after my workout. Major carb cravings
How do I control this? I have these huge cravings for rice, fries, milkshake and pizza during a certain time of the month. Does anyone else have the same thing? If so, how do you stop these cravings? Tinks x

Healthy Milkshake?
So I'm trying to lose weight, I have given up a lot of junk food but one thing I can't seem to to let go of is milkshake. Does anyone have any healthy recipes or know anywhere that I can get a good healthy milkshake without feeling guilty? Your help is much appreciated! :)

How do you cook your chicken?
I add two teaspoons of olive oil, salt pepper, lemon juice and some kinda herbs or spices like oregno, parsley, basil or rosemary. Sometimes I even add some garlic. How do you all cook yours? Anyone try anything adventurous? I have added chicken seasoning once, it was amazing :)
