Smoothies, sautéed, as a salad (I throw together whatever comes to my imagination. it's usually spinach, chicken, tomatoes, salt, pepper and lemon juice), in an omlette, a stir-fry. You can throw spinach into whatever you want really or serve them as a side. You can put them in any kind of cooking! :)

The daily intake for a woman is 2000 calories a day this is on the assumption that it would maintain your weight. MFP sets the calorie intake at a deficit to lose weight. Therefore 1700 calories would in theory make her lose weight but the weight loss would be a lot slower than if the deficit was at 1200 and as I said to…

If you're trying to lose weight try not to sway too far away from the limit of 1200. If you do just exercise it off. Don't let yourself starve have three meals a day, I like to have alight breakfast a cooked meal at lunch and a salad/light dinner. Fill up snack times with fruits and healthy dips etc. It's not difficult…

On the note of potato chips, I just had two bags! Yes, I was actually thinking of doing sweet potato fries, it's a much healthier alternative. I also have to try out something else I discovered, cauliflower 'fried rice'. I feel like I could have a bowl full of rice lol. Your smoothie sounds yummy, I'm on a plan to make a…

I suffer from PCOS too. I was diagnosed last year and had the some of the same symptoms as you. I was really badly bloated and tried really hard to lose weight but I found nothing worked, the weight just wouldn't budge. After taking the pill I found that weight loss became a lot easier and I just don't feel bloated…

You could just quarter the recipes you find (or calculate how much you would need for yourself). I cook in large portions and that usually lasts me a week. I do whatever I feel like doing. I throw some veggies into a wok add salt, pepper, lemon juice sometimes even tomato pureé, I find that adds a lot of flavour. Try…

My tips for eating healthy at college would be to just cook your own food. How much does it cost to eat at your cafeteria? I found that at campus meals were fairly expensive, almost £5 just for lunch. So my suggestion would be to do a weekly shop, try to find fresh fruit and veg at the cheapest possible prices, I know that…

Running can be quite difficult. When I was doing the fitness test for the Police they told me to start off 1 minute super fast running and then 2 minutes slow walking, repeat this process for half an hour. Over time your endurance will increase and you can increase your running time and decrease walking time so that in the…
