How do I control this? I have these huge cravings for rice, fries, milkshake and pizza during a certain time of the month. Does anyone else have the same thing? If so, how do you stop these cravings?

Lucky me, I don't have to deal with that anymore, but I absolutely remember what it was like. An entire bag of potato chips was not safe with me! Don't know if it would help, but how about a nice baked sweet potato with a little butter and cinnamon? Or air-popped popcorn with yummy spices sprinkled on it? Heck - even a regular baked potato with sour cream would be better than fries (maybe?). I make a yummy smoothie with almond milk, frozen banana, frozen strawberries and a couple of packets of sucralose (Splenda). It completely satisfies my milkshake cravings. I bet it would be good with banana and cocoa powder, too.0

On the note of potato chips, I just had two bags! Yes, I was actually thinking of doing sweet potato fries, it's a much healthier alternative. I also have to try out something else I discovered, cauliflower 'fried rice'. I feel like I could have a bowl full of rice lol. Your smoothie sounds yummy, I'm on a plan to make a mango smoothie with natural greek yoghurt, mangoes and sweetners. It's really simple, so lets hope it tastes good!
I have also been consuming dark chocolate instead of regular chocolate, although please note that I still somehow may have consumed some lol, lets hope I haven't!0 -
Try eating carbs. I don't know why carbs get such a bad rep in weight loss communities, they can be your friends! Just make sure the food fits within your calorie goal and you're golden.0
