Back from injury!!

My new workout plans for 2014
So....... I've been working on something new for 2014. Sixty push ups per hour for every hour at work, while at work. For me, that's 480 push ups per day right now. My plan is to increase this amount by ten per hour after every few months. I start the day with 300 crunches, 100 right side, 100 left side, 100 regular. I…

So I have started back dirt bike racing for some good exercise in the last few months and was wondering if I was the only one stupid enough to break my neck at 43. I was into it big time back in the day and loved it so I thought I would jump right back in after 20 years!!! No broken bones to report yet!
