My new workout plans for 2014

So....... I've been working on something new for 2014. Sixty push ups per hour for every hour at work, while at work. For me, that's 480 push ups per day right now. My plan is to increase this amount by ten per hour after every few months. I start the day with 300 crunches, 100 right side, 100 left side, 100 regular. I just started this because I can't stand the gym. In the afternoons when I get home I either run 3-4 miles on the trail or ride the mountain bike for a nice lower body workout. Just something different, that's all. I can already see some nice results after a little over a month. Thoughts? Suggestions?
Have a great day!!

So let me get this straight.
You are doing 480 pushups, 300 crunches, and run for 4 miles a day EVERY DAY?0 -
5 days per week, The ride only takes 30 minutes, 12 oz curls on the weekend!0

I am sorry but that honestly just seems excessive to me.
Like REALLY excessive.0 -
Sounds like it. But it doesn't feel like it at the end of the day. The gym workout is a lot more intense for a shorter amount of time. The push up workout almost doesn't feel as though it's intense enough. I've been doing the same crunches for over a year now and can say that that was probably the best move I ever made. i have had several lower back issues over the last few years. I can now say that my back is stronger now than it has ever been due to my core being much stronger.

If you keep doing more and more push-ups at work, eventually won't it get to the point where you don't do any work at work? I have read that you can make push-ups harder by elevating your feet on something, increasing the amount of weight you have to lift. However, that's just theory to me. I can't even do one push-up the regular way, so I'm impressed with you.0

Yeah my goal is 100. That is my ceiling or goal I should say. I would stop there. It actually doesn't take very long to do them. I guess I was looking to see if there were others who have ditched the gym to do the whole body weight thing.0

This. That's super impressive but I wonder how you're managing it at work0 -
