Workout Shoe Suggestions
Does anyone have a suggestion for a great pair of workout shoes for the Hip Hop Abs and Insanity workouts? I am currently working out in a pair of Reebok RMX or DMX shoes. They are not giving me the support I need for the intensity of the workouts. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!
