  • Starting today at 7:00 pm. Did the fit test--hard but worth it. Let's you know just where you are and gives you something to aim for in the end. Excited and afraid but looking forward to the outcome!
  • I am on Week 3 and Day 1 of Month 1 of Hip Hop Abs. Just hang in there. The system works. In this short time, with the workout and maintaining a 1200 calorie a day food plan I am down 1 dress size.
  • There is a second part to Insanity called Insanity Asylum. According to their site, it is the next step after Insanity. I am currently doing Hip Hop Abs. Like you, I have a little over a month to go and my next step is Insanity. :smile:
  • I use the weight loss program on resistance level 2 my elliptical. It is a 30 minute program and I am up to 20 minutes. Any pace on an elliptical will burn fat. It is a full body engaging exercise. Just pace yourself and enjoy it!
