does anyone know how to make sushi with brown rice or quinoa? i tried it once but it kinda fell apart and ended up becoming a sushi salad.. haha or does anyone know how to prepare brown rice or quinoa to make it sticky?? i want the nutrients and health benefits that white starchy sticky rice does not offer.
i eat alot of vegetables and so i accumulate alot of carbs in a day, i also eat a high protein diet as well. is this good or bad for someone who wants to get in shape?
