i do something active once a day and i hit it hard 4 to 5 times a week. i am still building strength and endurance so i dont want to burn myself out or injure myself.

i am trying to be vegetarian, i eat only seafood right now.. in the last few months i have also been eating un-processed foods and nothing out of a can or box. i watched some great documentaries and i am so moved and inspired. I would like to follow you guys so i can help change my diet :)
