I want some friends that are in the same situation as me add me.
POPsters add me I would love to have MFP friends that love POPpilates just as much as I do.
I currently use exercise tv, which I love, but it will be shut down at the end of this month. I would like to know if any of my Pilates men and women have found a different website that offers free Pilates full length workout videos.
I am currently using exercise tv for my free full length workouts, but I am curious what other free exercise websites do yall like?
