I have tried the cookie dough, double chocolate chunk, and banana nut muffin. Overall the flavors are good, but It was the texture I didn't like so today I made quest bar cookies and put peanut butter between the cookies ans I absolutely loved it. Much better texture!

This same question is why it took me so long to buy quest bars. I finally went to GNC this week and they did have individuals that you can buy!

This month is the first month I'm following Casey's calendar. Her workout plans are INTENSE and I don't like cardio so I modify which exercises I'm gonna do. I do all the toning workouts and shy away from cardio as much as possible that's just my personal preference.

I saw this online too & I signed up too. I have a group of 8 ppl. It looks like its going to be a blast. I am totally not a runner I am more of a pilates kinda girl so I started training last week and I cannot wait for March 24!

try increasing your fiber intake. I was stuck at the same weight for a little over 2 weeks and when I increased my fiber intake I was also eating over my allowed cals and I worked out 2 days less than normal and still lost a pound. Fiber one bars are an easy way to do it. I eat one a day now and they are pretty tasty.

1280 I workout a minimum of 3 to 5 times weekly and I eat back some of my workout calories. I also give myself one day a week to go over and so far it hasn't affected my weight loss.

I've lost weight and inches from pilates. 6 pounds in 5 weeks I decided to measure 2 weeks after I started but in 3 weeks I lost 1.5 inches from my waist and 1.5 inches from my hips.

you should weigh in once a week or month because weight will fluctuate a lot. It's best to weigh in the same time each day of the week or month to get the most accurate measurement

Their was this lady on Opra a while back who was obese and the way she got healthy was from having sex everyday so I would say it is an exercise.

I haven't used a bowl to eat anything that belongs in a bowl since I've started this program and it has helped alot. I use a coffee mug which is about 1 cup and usually one portion size.

You can challenge him to make great food that is healthy or eat what he cooks just monitor your portions to make sure you can still meet your calorie goal. I eat absolutely whatever I want and I still loose weight because I keep an eye on my portions

Last week I didn't loose a pound but I did loose a half inch on my waist and an additional half inch on my waist. Use a tape measure along with weighing yourself you may be putting on muscle
