After 7 weeks and 16 lbs, I seem to have hit a plateau. No, I'm not going to quit; I've been working too hard, I'm feeling better and people are telling me that I'm looking healthier. Weight Loss Rewards
I'm considering a rewards system wherein I buy myself one (non-food) treat every time I've lost 10 lbs. I'm 2 lbs away from earning my first reward. Has anyone tried this? Has it helped you stay motivated?
