Walking HIIT Plan
Does anyone have a walking HIIT plan i could use. I walk around my local streets not on a treadmill. I live in Yorkshire so it is very hilly, wherever i walk there is a hill. I just need to know how long i should work hard and then rest. So if anyone has a plan i would be grateful.

Problem finding time to exercise
Anyone got any ideas..... i am finding it difficult to find time to exercise, my husband works long hours and doesn;t get home much before 8, i like walking but not keen on walking on my own that late in the evening. Walk to your holiday destination challenge
I am doing this challenge and wondered if anyone else would like to join me. It is to add up my walks to total the amount of miles to where i am going on holiday before i go which is 4/8/12. It is 1106 miles to where i am going as the crow flies. 1106- 3.44 miles 30/4/12 = 1102.56
