Fitness videos you would suggest.
Alright, I am young female and I don't have any physical aliments. Currently, I am running 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes. I also do an insanity video every day. I am looking for different videos. Also, I am not a fan of pilates, unless it is really tough. I really like strength training. Thanks a bunch! -J
