I NEVER say anything to people unless they ask me or if it is someone I am really close to. I think it is a touchy subject for many people and they don't know how to address it. They could be jealous too! Congrats on losing 40 pounds. The real reward is a healthy body!

The problem with watermelon is that it is just sugar and water. It isn't like an apple, it doesn't really have any fiber. Think about it, watermelon could be made into juice easy enough but an apple or pear has some "meat" to it.

I would weigh out what you eat, or determine the size of the watermelon as well.

A gram of sugar has 4 calories in it. And there is 10 grams of sugar in a cup of watermelon, so it should be around 40-50 calories per cup, depending on if you slice it or ball it, etc.

I barely fill out a B cup right now. I have lower body fat % right now, I've never had kids and I feel like I will be a AA by the time I reach my goal.

I haven't eaten a whole family sized bag of cheese popcorn, but I have been close (4 servings in a bag though, so it could be worse). (still do this). A whole box of mac n cheese. I still eat ice cream for breakfast occasionally. But I don't eat more than a serving. Who in the heck invented oreos??? Such an evil person.…

Well, water is in a lot of stuff. but I would count anything that isn't like soda as water. Hey, it is mostly water! hydration is all the same to your body.
