Does this count as water consumption/?

So I drink my water everyday a bit more than 8 cups a day, but I was wondering if I drink green tea, would that count toward the intake even though saturated by the leaves?

I count any non-caffeinated beverage as water. Not sure if that's "legal" but that's how I do it.0

I count plain water as water. Anything else, like tea with water, hot chocolate with water, etc, I don't count. That's just my personal preference. I feel like if I'm drinking water, it should just be water and I'll count it to my water-a-day. But if it has something else in it, I won't.0

as long as you brew it without adding sugar then yes. Natural, brewed tea is mostly, if not all, water.0

i only count the pure water under the h20 category, but i suppose u can count green tea as well, after all its water in there!0

Green tea is healthy with minimal caffeine.. I count it in mine. Anything non sugar, non caffiene, non alcohol. I drink tons of water regardless.... glug...glug....0

Well, water is in a lot of stuff. but I would count anything that isn't like soda as water. Hey, it is mostly water! hydration is all the same to your body.0

Green tea has plenty of caffeine in it. Mayo Clinic has it at 24-40mg per 8oz, vs 14-61 in black tea. I don't count anything except water as water.0
