Using protein for faster recovery between workouts
Has anyone used protein supplements to help speed up recovery time between workouts? If so - do they really work and how often do you use them - daily, 1-2 per week, 1-2 per month? I workout pretty hard - usually Tae Kwon Do (I'm a 5th dan black belt), gym (weights & cardio), bikram yoga (90 minutes stretching in a sauna),…
