i was just wondering am i setting an impossible task for myself =) and i find it rather tough to keep my calories intake below my goal.i eat only 3 meals a day even tried no snacking at all but it still over the calories. i eat like any normal chinese ... rice and veges meat. am i doing something wrong ? if i eat lesser…
