is it possible to loose 5kgs in 3 months

i was just wondering am i setting an impossible task for myself and i find it rather tough to keep my calories intake below my goal.i eat only 3 meals a day even tried no snacking at all but it still over the calories. i eat like any normal chinese ... rice and veges meat.
am i doing something wrong ? if i eat lesser ill get very hungry and start looking for food again .... gosh.... help ?

Unless you're very lean already, 5kg in 3 months is a pretty reasonable goal.
I would suggest cutting out rice and eating more meat & veggies.
Start lifting heavy if you aren't already and do compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench press, and chin-ups0 -

Hi, you may also check if you are using oils (not sure if this is the correct word, olive for example) for the vegetables that could be a trouble. Maybe replacing it (where is possible of course) with only lemon juice or even mustard! may help to reduce the calories.0
