Built like a man.. where to find pants/jeans
I am a very large woman, built like a man.. big tummy, smaller hips and legs. When I get pants big enough to go around my waist, my legs and but swim in them! Anyone else feel like me? Where to buy pants?

Upper body exercises while on recumbent
I am wondering if anyone can suggest any arm/upper body exercises I can do while riding my recumbent bike? I've been making stuff up as I go, then added doing them while holding cans of mushrooms (10 oz), I now have moved up to cans of beets (14oz). I am very new to exercise and weights and have to start gently. Ideas?

vitamins & minerals
I'm really noticing it's difficult for me to get adequate servings of calcium and vitamin C (usually less than 60% of my rda) I find that milk and cheese throw my fat and sodium too high I love oranges, but they tend to be pretty high in cals. too. Weigh in Day
Today is weigh in day. I really hate scales, so only weigh in once every 5 weeks. I must admit I have scale anxiety even though I've been below my calories and have exercised every day. I hear so many people talk about plateaus it's got me wigged out.
