NSV Walk of SHAME!

So, today is Saturday, and you guessed it.. that means housework and grocery day for me! I got dressed in my 'around the house' clothes including a comfy shirt and my jeans with lycra that are more like yoga pants in that you just pull on. Ah! comfort!
Anyway, time passed and we were a little late getting to the store.. no biggie there. Except, by this time of day, the lycra in the jeans has lost it's 'oomph' a bit so I'm pulling up my pants a few times in the store.. no biggie. Groceries done we came home via taxi (we don't have a car). Twilight is now nicely set. Everything was going great.. I got out of the cab, loaded my hands with 4 bags of groceries from the trunk, and walked beside the cab and headed up our driveway towards the door.. and THEN IT HAPPENED.... YEP.. the jeans fell STRAIGHT TO MY ANKLES... in -8 degrees C (17 farenheit).. whilst I'm DIRECTLY in front of a cab (who now has his lights on because it's almost dark).. and all I can do is stand there and laugh! Time for new jeans :blushing:

You'll get there! My kid told me the other day that my (used-to-be-best-fitting) jeans looked "pretty bad from the back". She was right.

Walk of shame? Hardly, I'd be proudly steppin' out of those old pants, leaving them on the driveway and taking my skinny butt into the house without looking back! Well done on achieving so much - you must be so proud!

It was really embarassing, and funny as heck. I haven't lost much at all, but maybe I'm toning more than I thought, that, and the lycra in the jeans getting 'relaxed', I've always worn clothes loosely.. but someday.. gonna let those curves show!
