I currently vanished from mfp for a bit but I'm back and looking to really keep on top of it! I'm aiming to run an obstacle course race this fall so I'm really kicking my butt, I'm not really out of shape but I'm not in running shape either lol! Need to remember to keep track and not skip meals!!
