Since I have started really watching what I eat and working out, I have done a complete 180 on how I feel. I am actually happy, I seem to have more energy. I have only lost 3 lbs but dang it, I am feeling good! I also have more patience with my kids and enjoy playing with them. NSV, I can no longer wear my XL workout pants…
