I was almost 10 weeks pregnant when I lost my baby 2 weeks ago. Everybody say's it's not your fault, yada yada. Deep down I some how wonder if it partly is my fault. Maybe my weight, my stress level, heck if I know. I do know I want to do something about my weight and stress level. For as short as I am I should NOT weigh this much!

So I have joined a gym, just to get me out of the house, it also has a daycare so I have absolutely no excuse to not go and work out. My husband also told me to get a personal trainer (husband just left for over seas). I started that today, and man let me tell you, I actually felt human again!

I have actually had to force myself to eat today, lately I am lucky if I eat one meal. I know it is not good, but I just haven't wanted to eat with all I have just gone through.

I am ready to make that change and lose at least 70lbs by this time next year when my hubby comes home. Anybody want to help push me, feel free to add me!

That is a lot to deal with at once. I have been there except my husband was an over the road trucker and not overseas. I am so sorry for your loss. I am glad you are getting out and felt human again. We can have a successful year together!
