I’m starting my weight loss journey and am about 1 month in and down close to 20lbs. I am feeling extreme lonely though. I’m happily married, have great friends, great kids but since I’m not eating as much or as often it feels like I’ve lost a best friend. Is this normal? Am I the only one? Some days are super hard.
At the beginning of the year I lost about 55lbs from Jan to May..I maintained very well all Summer and only have about 20lbs left to my ultimate goal of 140. However, I have lost all motivation to diet and exercise. It's harder to find the time now that I'm working full time and in school full time ( I also have 4 kids)…
