Has anyone else noticed how the ads down the side keep upping the number of 'foods never to eat to lose weight'...... first it was 5..... now it's up to 15!?! has anyone clicked on the links and read up on what I'm assuming is the pseudoscience behind the claims?

calories vs exercise
Hi all, So I've noticed that whenever I log in any exercise that I've done it tells me that I have 'x' amount of bonus calories. Should I be eating these additional calories, or not? Cheers
