Up all night...is it munchies or really using calories?
My work weeks are often 5 days + 1 night on the weekend. Often I do not sleep on that night, but stay up 24+ hours. I get HUNGRY. Am I burning extra calories or just getting the munchies? It can be very tough to stay to my calorie goal on these nights. Like tonight. (MUNCH MUNCH MUNCH). Anybody have a similar lifestyle? If…
